Are you in or out?

I have read many leadership books over the years but none has been as sobering as this. I found myself feeling really guilty as I turn the page. 

The fact is, everyone is guilty of the behaviours described in the book. But it doesn't mean we should just accept it as it is. If we could all be a little more cognizant of the way we behave and interact with one another, we would have a more successful business, a happier family, or even more safety roads. :)

Now that I know I'm in, it's time to get out of it.
