Oysters Galore

Finally found time to get off early from school for some mid week/ midday dating. And since it's a Tuesday, we headed to Greenwood Fish Market and Bistro, hoping to catch their Tuesday Oyster Special where each freshly shucked oyster cost not more than a dollar (the catch is, each diner at the table has to order one main course each). We started our meal with ten. The oysters were succulent, fresh and does not at all smell fishy. And since we have to order our main courses, we decided to try their house special of fish and chips and ordered another plate of aglio olio to go with all these other dishes.

Glad that it was a quiet afternoon. There weren't many diners when we arrived. Bet it would be full house at night. Often, you wouldn't be able to get a seat without a reservation in the evening. Greenwood Fish Market and Bistro is worth a try, especially if you are a seafood lover. Prices are not that cheap though. Expect to pay around $30 per person. Oh, and another surprising fact about this place - it is halal!
