A Small World

I never thought I would see any of my teachers in a professional setting again. But I did. It was just another workshop that I attended. I thought nothing of it initially. But when they started introducing the assistant director, my eyes lit up. What a familiar name and a familiar figure. After the workshop, I went to acknowledge her and to my amazement, she actually remembered me. Being a teacher, I know how this is quite a feat (both in terms of her achievement and her memory). After the meeting, I can't help but wonder how small this whole teaching fraternity can be.
